Introduction

Hi. My name is Ashley Clack and I am the incredibly blessed new mother of a sweet micropreemie. My sweet angel was born on October 31, 2012 and her name is Emma Brooke. She weighed 1 pound and 12 ounces at birth and was born prematurely at 26 weeks gestation. My original due date was February 6th, 2013. Little Miss Emma was too excited to see mommy and daddy and showed her dominance by entering this world on her own schedule (she gets it honest). She is doing well now at 4 days of life and I just wanted to start this blog to share her journey with you. Join us as we reach new milestones, face new struggles, and explore this journey with our new bundle of joy. Hopefully I will be able to post frequently with my busy schedule; bare with me if I get slack. I expect to be spending my life at the hospital for the next 3 months and I'm sure things will get hectic. Please keep Emma and our family in your prayers as we face what lies ahead. <3
